How It Works

NRG Run Club

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Sign Up on Heylo
    Create a free account on the Heylo app and join the NRG Kelowna group. This is where we post updates, event details, and important announcements.

  2. RSVP for Each Run
    Once you're in the group, simply RSVP to the weekly run event so we know you're coming. You’ll also choose which group you want to join — Walk Club, NRG Lite (2.5K), or the full 5K Bootcamp.

  3. Check In When You Arrive
    When you arrive at the run, 'check in' on the event on Heylo so we know you’re there. First time? Don’t worry — someone will guide you through it.

  4. Pick Your Pace
    We offer multiple pace groups and distance options to make sure everyone has a place — whether you're walking, jogging, or running.

  5. Post-Run Hangout
    After the run, stick around! We usually gather at our home base to socialize, grab a drink, and build community.

No fees, no pressure — just movement, connection, and good vibes.

3 OPTIONS:

Iconic NRG Bootcamp

5K, 3 Stops

Our signature 5K route with 3 built-in bootcamp stops. Expect bodyweight exercises, quick drills, and a fun, sweaty workout with your crew. Perfect if you're looking to build strength, endurance, and energy!

NRG Lite

2.5K, 1 Stop

A shorter, more relaxed 2.5K loop for those easing into running, returning from injury, or just looking for something lighter. Same vibes, half the distance — one optional bootcamp stop, movement and good company.

Walk Club

5K Loop

Low-pressure, high-connection. Walk Club is for anyone who prefers walking or wants to get active without the running. A great way to meet new people, clear your head, and get moving at your own pace.
