Counselling Options for Yourself or a Loved One

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is talk to someone — or help someone else do the same.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or trying to support someone you care about, you're not alone. Counselling offers a safe space to process what's going on and take steps toward feeling better. We've gathered free and low-cost options available locally so you (or your loved one) can get support when you're ready.
