A multi-service organization offering programs like free virtual counselling (for adults 25+), youth and family initiatives (e.g. Foundry Kelowna), housing supports, workplace education, peer & group programs, and community outreach.

OMHSS
Okanagan Mental Health Services Society is a non-profit offering supportive housing, therapeutic work programs (yard, janitorial), and vocational planning. They help those with mental illness gain life skills, independence, and employment opportunities.

FOUNDRY
Operated by CMHA, Foundry is a one-stop teen & young adult wellness center for ages 12–24 offering mental health & substance use support, physical and sexual health, peer support, social services (housing, employment), and mobile outreach ("Wellness on Wheels")

THIRD SPACE CHARITY
A local nonprofit/open-access "third place" (outside home/work) offering low-barrier counselling and mental health programs primarily for young adults transitioning into adulthood. It’s pay-what-you-can, proactive, and emphasizes resilience and connection.

INTERIOR HEALTH
Publicly funded mental health and addiction services at 505 Doyle Avenue. They provide everything from crisis response, outpatient & group counselling, to early psychosis intervention, perinatal counselling, and developmental disability support.

NRG KELOWNA
Free, inclusive, social wellness club that promotes community & connection through movement. They host weekly group runs, walks and pop-up events like their annual Men's Mental Health run.

MAMAS FOR MAMAS
A poverty-relief charity for mothers, caregivers, and families. They run a welcoming "Karma Market" providing essentials (food, diapers, clothes), referrals to services, and a supportive peer community—all free of charge.

KCR
Though not a standalone charity, Kelowna Community Resources delivers family hubs, immigrant/refugee support, crisis-line responders, and suicide awareness and training—benefiting from local funding to expand these critical supports.

KGH FOUNDATION
Raises funds to build and improve mental health and substance-use care in Kelowna General Hospital and community systems. Recent efforts include funding trauma-informed spaces, peer-support positions at CMHA/Foundry, and broader system innovation.
